By using the Mixologix app you agree to these terms, a contract between you and Skill5 Inc..
The service
Mixologix provides interactive lessons and learning features. We may add, change or remove content and features to keep the service useful.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email. You may delete your account at any time from the app or via our account deletion page.
Subscriptions
Some content requires a paid subscription, billed through the app store you installed from. Prices are shown before purchase; subscriptions renew until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reselling, or interfering with other learners.
Content
Lessons and app content belong to Skill5 Inc. or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial learning.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, Skill5 Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means acceptance. The date above always shows the latest revision.
